One & Scout / In development
Some ideas start with a question out loud. We’re creating physical AI teammates to help people think together—and turn the conversation into useful work.
Meet One & Scout
A different way to be together.
A question at the workbench. A decision around the table. A thought taking shape at your desk. One and Scout are designed to give intelligence a place in these moments—alongside the people doing the work.
01 / Meet the family
One for the room. Scout for the desk.
A familiar form, with a purpose beyond the screen.

A shared AI presence for the room. Designed to bring questions, context, and the next step into the same conversation.

02 / Intelligence in practice
Useful assistance starts with the people, the context, and the task in front of them.
Explore the possibilities
Bring a question into the shared space. Work through an explanation, compare possibilities, and keep people in the conversation.
The product direction connects assistance to the knowledge and tools your team chooses, with sources you can inspect.
A draft issue, a clearer plan, a prepared handoff. Turn a conversation into something the team can review and use.
Illustrative workflows. Connected tools and supported actions are defined for each pilot.
03 / Our approach
We care about how intelligence feels in a room, as much as what it can do there.
Considered forms. A quiet palette.
Approachable forms, a familiar scale, and an intentional place in the room. Physical presence gives people a shared point of attention.
Organizations define the knowledge, responsibilities, permissions, and workflows. The underlying product stays consistent; its role reflects the team.
Useful follow-through begins with an agreed responsibility. Prepared work should be easy to inspect, and actions that need a person should come back for review.
A few things to know
One and Scout are in development. We’re exploring focused pilots with a defined workflow, operating area, and success criteria. General availability, specifications, and delivery dates are not established on this site.
One repeatable job: finding an approved procedure, preparing a build issue, or drafting a team handoff. Together, we would define the inputs, the connected tools, the approvals, and a result that can be inspected.
No. On-device processing is a design priority, while speech, AI models, and connected tools may use cloud services. The data involved and where it is processed need to be defined for each deployment.
A conversation, to begin.
Bring us a real setting, a recurring challenge, and an idea of what better would look like. Let’s shape a focused pilot together.
