Return 0 LLC (“Return 0,” “we,” “us”) operates the Verdes X website (the “Site”) and Verdes X applications and services (together with the Site, the “Services”), including Verdes X One and related products. This policy describes what we collect through the Services and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you provide:

  • Your email address, when you join the mailing list.
  • Your name and email address, if you request an invitation to reserve a product.
  • Information from accounts you choose to connect to our applications, such as a Google account, as described in the Google user data section below.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic technical data, such as browser type, device type, and pages viewed, through standard server logs.
  • A small value in your browser’s local storage that remembers whether you have unlocked invite-only pages, such as the reservation site. It contains no personal information and is not used for tracking.

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not buy data about you from third parties.

How we use information

  • To send product updates, launch news, and event notices you signed up for.
  • To respond when you contact us.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell personal information.

Google user data

Some Verdes X applications let you connect a Google account. When you do, we access only the information you authorize on Google’s consent screen, and we use it solely to provide the features you request within the application.

Verdes X’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your explicit consent for a specific purpose, where necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the feature you requested. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account security settings, and you can ask us to delete Google user data we hold by contacting us.

How we share information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that store form submissions and deliver email on our behalf, such as hosting and spreadsheet or database tools. They may use it only to provide those services.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • A successor entity, if Return 0 LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We keep mailing list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep server logs for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us.
  • Request a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and revise the date above.
