Verdes X / Focused pilots

Start with one
useful outcome.

The right first step is a real job, in a real environment, with a team that can tell us what better looks like.

One and Scout are in development. We’re exploring focused workplace pilots with a defined workflow, operating area, and success criteria.

Build a pilot brief

Small enough to learn from

Define it.
Try it. Learn.

A focused pilot makes the work specific enough to evaluate together.

  1. 01

    Choose the responsibility.

Start with something repeatable: answering from an approved procedure, preparing an engineering issue, or drafting a team handoff. Decide what a useful result would look like.

  2. 02

    Set the working context.

Map the people, space, knowledge, and tools involved. Agree on the device configuration, data handling, access, and approvals the workflow would need.

  3. 03

    Inspect the result.

Look at the quality of the output and how it fits the team’s day. Learn what helped, what needed correction, and whether the workflow is worth developing further.

Rough notes are welcome. Pick one recurring task and describe the result your team would find useful.

Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Is Verdes X ready to deploy?

One and Scout are in development. We’re exploring focused pilots with a defined workflow, operating area, and success criteria. General availability, specifications, and delivery dates are not established on this site.

Can it work with our existing tools?

That is part of the product direction. Integrations would be scoped to the pilot—starting with the knowledge and work systems needed for the chosen task. Compatibility is assessed before a deployment is agreed.

Does everything run on the device?

No. On-device processing is a design priority, while speech, AI models, and connected tools may use cloud services. The data involved and where it is processed need to be defined for each deployment.

How do One and Scout fit together?

They explore two scales of physical AI assistance. The device, configuration, and supported capabilities would be chosen for the workflow and environment. The pilot would establish how One and Scout operate in that setup.
